Had a basement wall with two cracks that needed repair. Jay was professional, very knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job. Its so nice to deal with a company like this, from the staff that answer the phone to the field service tech they are the best. Highly recommend them !!

An addition built onto our house was sinking. A sliding glass door would not slide easily. Basement Cracks and Leaks came in and fixed the problem by raising the section that had sunk. The technology they used was amazing! There was minimal disruption to the rest of our yard. The work was done quickly (in spite of some weather delays), and the staff (especially Sarah) were professional, friendly and quite competent. We retained a structural engineer who suggested the treatment plan, and after his inspection after the work was done, confirmed that the process employed and the work done were excellent and had solved the problem. Our sliding glass door now works great.

Glen the owner is so knowledgeable and honest. Came out to give me a quote, and told me the problem was not the foundation but the grading around the property. Gave me advice and simple, practical instructions on how to address it. Would not sell me services I didn’t need. Would highly recommend.

Basement Cracks and Leaks did a stellar job in adding a sump pump and tile field to our crawl space where water was coming in. The crew was professional and courteous taking into account our comfort at all levels expecially during this current heat wave.
